Product Description

This Inch Series of wearstrips is sold in 40-inch lengths 
without mounting holes. They are designed to be cut to length and 
drilled for mounting as required. They are manufactured from 
self-lubricated aluminum-bronze material with oil-impregnated 
graphite plugs. They are available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" 
thicknesses. For ease of identifi cation, all products are marked 
with the part number.

MATERIALS:
 Aluminum bronze material with oil impregnated 
graphite plugs. The plugs cover 25-30% of the 
wear surface and are arranged to generate 
optimal coverage at any engagement direction 
of the wearstrip.
TOLERANCES:
 Thickness ± 0.001 in.
 Unless otherwise noted ± 0.010 in.
MOUNTING SCREWS:
 Normal procedure is to use the graphite plug 
location for screw hole location.
 1/4" fl athead or socket head screw (maximum) 
recommended for 3/8" thick strips.
 3/8" flathead or socket head screw (maximum) 
recommended for 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" inch thick 
strips.
